Other state legislatures are getting on the bandwagon and making noises about trying to reform laws that treat teen sexting as a felony sex offense.
In addition to efforts in Arizona and Pennsylvania, now new efforts are underway in Illinois and Florida.
These efforts are welcome, and long overdue. We will continue to track the progress of this legislation in different states across the nation.
